About the Relief Pak® brand

Relief Pak® hot and cold compresses have been used by therapists, athletic trainers, and the general public since the 1980s. Many of you who have received professional therapy care after an injury have probably been treated with a Relief Pak® hot or cold pack at your local hospital or therapy clinic. Many Relief Pak® items are now available in consumer friendly packaging.

Relief Pak® products


Relief Pak® Cold and Hot Donut® Compression Sleeve compress offers heat therapy, cold therapy and compression. The roll-on pack is easy to apply and stays in place without straps. The pack provides cold or hot treatment to soothe discomfort from arthritis, sprains, strains, bruises and swelling. Simply heat pack in microwave to make warm, or chill in freezer to make cool. Each pack comes with a compression sleeve to wear between the pack and your skin. Pack is non-toxic.
Economic pack that can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer.
Relief Pak® elastomeric packs are supple enough to contour to the applied location. Pack can be chilled or heated to be used as cold or hot pack. Non-toxic material maintains its pliability even when below chilled below freezing. Pack provides a convenient way to position cold or hot therapy. Tough, flexible gel, specially selected fabric and hook/loop straps provide an exceptionally durable product. Deluxe wrap allows cold or hot to reach the affected areas. Stretch cover allows conformity, heat transfer and comfort. Heat pack in microwave....NOT in water.
The Relief Pak® re-usable cold pack offers an effective method of applying cold therapy to a localized area. Place pack in a chilling unit or freezer. Packs remain pliable and soft even below freezing. Pack maintains its therapeutic temperature level for up to thirty minutes. Institutional grade packs are made of durable heavy-duty vinyl exterior and bentonite clay interior. Chilled pack should be wrapped in towel before applying to treatment area.
