By consuming a small amount of caffeine an hour before you exercise, you can improve your exercise performance, burn off more fat, and have a faster recovery time. One tool that is great for exercising is the EconoCuff. It attaches to your wrist, ankle, and even thigh. So, grab your favorite energized sports drink and try some of the below exercises with your EconoCuff:
The superman is a great hyperextension exercise that helps work on your back, hips, glutes and shoulder muscles. This workout can become more of a challenge when you use the EconoCuff. Adding additional weight will further enhance this exercise. To begin, start by choosing the EconoCuff weight you are most comfortable with. Attach an EconoCuff to each ankle and then lie flat on your stomach with your arms and legs extended out in front you. Then, by keeping your arms and legs straight, lift your arms and legs simultaneously up toward the ceiling to form a “U” shape with your body. Make sure your torso is stationary and hold that position for 15 seconds. Repeat this process four more times to complete the set.
Weighted Arm Circles
Weighted arm circles are a great exercise that helps you work on your biceps, triceps, and deltoids. To begin, start by choosing the EconoCuff weight you are most comfortable with. Attach an EconoCuff to each wrist and stand straight up with your arms extended out to each side, parallel to the ground. Make sure you are maintaining a strong posture by keeping your chest out and having a tight core. Then, start rotating your arms in circular motions by going forwards for 10 rotations and then backwards for 10 rotations. Repeat this process four more times to complete the set.
Lunges are by far the most popular strength training exercise amongst people wanting to strengthen their quadriceps, glutes, abs, and hips. Adding additional weight with the EconoCuff will increase the challenge and help you get further, faster. To begin, start by choosing the EconoCuff weight you are most comfortable with. Attach an EconoCuff to each ankle and stand upright with your feet hip-width apart. Then, take a large step forward with your front left leg, so that both legs are sinking down toward the ground. Next, drive back to your starting position by pushing through your left heel. Make sure you are keeping your torso upright throughout the entire movement. Now switch legs and repeat this same process with your right leg to complete the rep. Do this weighted lung 10 times per leg for a total of 20 times to complete the set.
The EconoCuff Weights are a perfect addition for any workout routine because of their flexibility and adjustable design. If you complement your workout with a little bit of caffeine before your workout and you will be able to meet your fitness goals.
