Sounds good, right? Do you want to try it out? Perfect! Here is a 30-minute resistance band workout developed by the experts at Greatist. This routine will work your entire body.
Before you begin:
- We recommend using one of our CanDo® resistance bands for this workout
- Do the prescribed number of reps for each exercise, then repeat each circuit three times before moving on to the next circuit
- Rest 30 to 60 seconds in between circuits
