Spring is in the air and during this time people tend to ramp up their exercise routines. One workout tool that can help with exercise and stretching is a Sup-R Band® resistance band.

Sup-R Band® is made from a premium latex-free formula and is perfect for a variety of upper and lower body strength training workouts. For those who have done little to no exercise activity during the winter, Sup-R® Band® can help you progressively build your strength back up. This resistance band is available in 8 color-coded resistance levels from xx-light to xxx-heavy, so as you build up your strength you can change to a greater resistance level. With a Sup-R Band® resistance band you can stretch out your arms and legs to prepare you for exercise and then use it to practice an exercise routine. Use the band to perform bicep curls, squats and even shoulder workouts. Simply unroll a desired length of exercise band from dispenser box and cut with scissors.

This latex-free band has similar strength characteristics to latex exercise bands, but it can be used for those who have latex allergies. It’s Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) formula has a similar tear and burst strength compared to latex bands and requires similar force to stretch and contract. Each band roll has a 5-inch width and comes in 6, 25- and 50-yard lengths. It also comes in precut 5-foot Singles® which are perfect for taking outside to exercise.
