Stretching: it feels good, helps prevent injuries, and is one of the best ways to prevent post-workout muscle soreness. No matter your age, size, or fitness level, stretching is important.

For those who carry extra weight or have limited range-of-motion, stretching can be challenging. The stretches in this infographic can help you hit every muscle comfortably no matter your age or fitness level.

Before you begin:

  • Your exercise regimen should be approved by your primary healthcare physician. Consult with your primary healthcare physician before you begin a new workout program.
  • You will need an exercise band for some of the stretches. We recommend using our Sup-R Band® latex-free exercise band.
  • Ideally, you should perform these moves after you have exercised.
