These testing procedures/muscle groups include: the prone test for transverse abdominis internal oblique, training the corset action of the transverse abdominis in supine, training the corset action of transverse abdominis with leg loading, Lumbar stabilization during stretching techniques, lower trapezius, iliopsoas, gluteus maximus, and training of the deep cervical flexors.

The patient uses the productor to monitor how they are engaging various muscles.  The gauge attached is helpful so patient can see how they are performing.  This is a very powerful concept as sometimes patients have difficulty with learning how to engage certain muscles.  Therefore, utilizing an external focus helps to keep patients motivated and actively engaged during the exercise.
