Go beyond traditional exercise bands and crank up the intensity with the CanDo® Intensity® Loops! One of the most durable bands we offer, the CanDo® Intensity® Loop is designed to give a greater resistance than our standard CanDo® bands. Ideal for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike, the Intensity Loop assists in powerful strength exercises and total body workouts. Use the Intensity® Loops for banded push-ups, pull-ups, squats, deadlifts, resistance weight training and much more. Perfect for using at home, the gym, or on-the-go. Each Intensity® Exercise Loop uses AccuForce® technology, which features rectangular AccuForce® markings that indicate when force is exerted. By reading the force level directly on the stretched loop, you can see the rectangle turn into a perfect square shape. CanDo® Intensity® Loops are available in 8 color-coded resistance levels ranging from tan (xx-light resistance) to gold (xxx-heavy resistance).
However, there is a lot more CanDo® Intensity® Loops “CAN DO”.
So What Else Can You Do with CanDo® Intensity® Loops?

Self-Mobilizations for Joints
The CanDo® Intensity® Loops can also be used for self-mobilizations of various joints and body regions. Patients sometimes have a tough time trying to replicate a manual technique that was delivered during their respective treatment session with their healthcare professional. However, using the CanDo® Intensity® Loops are a great way to create carry over from one session to the next. Self-mobilizations can be helpful to improve range of motion, mobility, and promote tissue healing and decrease pain.1 Using these products are a great strategy to minimize the risk of injury before participating in exercise or athletic activities.

External focus of attention
The AccuForce® technology is a great way to help keep individuals engaged and motivated during exercise. An external focus of attention can help improve intrinsic motivation, goal-action coupling, and enhance self-efficacy.2 Seeing the ‘rectangle’ change to a ‘square’ is a helpful way to improve adherence to the activity and overall individual engagement, thus leading to potential positive results. Allowing the individual to be an active participant in the process can be a powerful strategy for improving clinical outcomes.
Make sure to consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any exercise or rehabilitation program.
