A unique device that isolates the extension of all five fingers and each of the individual finger joints. Using resistive bands, the unit develops each finger individually or the entire hand. Units come complete with resistance bands of four different levels. Not only for fingers, the Digi-Extend also builds hand and forearm strength to aid in the rehabilitation of carpal tunnel, arthritis, stroke, fractures, tendon injuries, nerve lacerations and tennis elbow.
CanDo Digi-Extend n' Squeeze Hand Exerciser combines best features of Digi-Extend and Digi-Squeeze. It helps to develop isolated finger strength, flexibility and coordination. Provides complete reciprocal exercise program (flexion and extension). Ergonomic ball-shape positions fingers and hand for ideal pressure distribution. Each exercise comes with exercise pamphlet. CanDo Digi-Extend n' Squeeze available in 3 sizes. Each size available in 5 color-coded resistance levels for flexion. Each unit is packaged standard with latex free extension bands covering 4 color-coded levels from the lightest to heaviest extension requirements.
CanDo hand therapy exercise web is used in hand therapy for flexion, extension, opposition, and supination exercises. Resistance may be modified by adjusting the hand position, depth of finger insertion, or by moving to a different resistance (color) web. The CanDo exercise web is available in both the standard 14 inch diameter size and the small 7 inch diameter size in both low-powder and no-latex formulations. Two special multi-resistance webs are available in only the 14 inch diameter low-powder formulation.
TheraBand Progressive Hand Trainer consists of exercise band with finger insertion holes that is held in place by two locking rings. To change the resistance, simply change the exercise sheet color.
The Xtensor™ finger extension exerciser represents a breakthrough and is an essential tool for therapists treating patients recovering from: Tennis Elbow, Tendonitis in the Wrist, Overcoming the effects of a Stroke, Hand Trauma Rehabilitation, and much more. The one sided activity that is reflective of the work performed by the hands in everyday life can now be counterbalanced by The Xtensor with continuous tension applied to opening the hands using an optimal line of motion replicating the exact opposite movement to closing the hands. The unique thumb positioning allows The Xtensor to be used on either hand. Each of the individual finger extensors can be independently positioned to achieve 3 different levels of resistance.
The HandMaster Plus™ hand exerciser helps strengthen hand muscles. The HandMaster Plus™ can be used to treat carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, RSI's (repetitive stress injuries), tendonitis, DeQuervains' syndrome, Dupuytren's contracture, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, stroke, neuropathy, post-surgical rehabilitation, sprain/dislocation/fracture rehabilitation, subluxation and adhesion, and circulatory concerns. This exerciser combines flexion and extension. Instructions included. There are 3 levels of firmness available: soft (purple ball, yellow cord), medium (red ball, black cord), firm (orange ball, gray cord).
CanDo Handweb™ is great for tennis elbow. Use to strengthen digit and forearm extensors, for intrinsic hand strengthening exercises, muscle re-education for thumbs, and to restore dynamic thumb stabilization. Exercisers are available in 5 progressive color-coded levels of resistance. From lightest to heaviest: yellow, red, green, blue and black.
